I walked in and immediately was greeted by friendly staff at the desk. From there on it was just like being around family. They kept me updated with everything they were doing, along with letting me know what ever else they saw, whether it was big or small. I would recommend going there to have any and all repairs done. Seriously the best place is town to get your car worked on. I went to get my car horn fixed and wasn’t charged anything when they just had to fix a burnt out fuse. Even though it was a small fix, they could’ve absolutely taken advantage of me and said that they fixed it and dig into my wallet, simply because I am a woman. I went in thinking I’d be charged over $240, and ended up walking away crying in absolute RELIEF. They treat everyone fairly and it is extremely reasonable price for the work they do. I’ve always had good experiences getting my car into Big O’s. Sometimes the wait-list to get your vehicle in is long but very well worth it when this establishment is founded on honesty, respect for any gender and efficient work. God Bless Big O’s!

Highly recommend!! I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. Absolutely great customer service. I went to Alaska to buy a car for my younger son but before buying I wanted to make sure that I had it inspected by a professional mechanic. When I arrived at Big O Automotive, I explained my situation. Amy and Tom at the front desk, were extremely helpful and put themselves in my shoes understanding that it was important to find any possible problems with the car I was leaving for my son. We went with their advice and my son’s new car was the right choice thanks to the professional and experienced advice from the team at Big O Automotive. Thank you guys. Keep up the great work.

I have taken our church van and a personal vehicle here to Big O’s Automotive. Pretty much I am done going anywhere else!I You will get honest up front service that you can count on by going here! I sure appreciate a good shop and good mechanics that are not out to rip you off. They are just a good local business in town. Schedule in your car for some work today!

Very Pleasant and fast service. I Appreciated the clean and festive waiting area. The staff, space and service is a testament to being in business over 40 years. Growing up in a salvage yard/shop environment, it felt like home. Loved the antique battery charger and tree ornaments. Thank you Big O’s.

Bonnie is worth her weight in gold! Passing thru anchorage during our summer trip to Alaska and had an issue with our tow vehicle. Called multiple places to try and get service without luck as everyone was booked up. Bonnie was the only one who seemed to be concerned about our situation and gave us her soonest appointment (3 days away). Told us to bring the truck and drop it off and she would see what she could do to work us in! We got our truck back the next day and we’re back on our way! They were honest and priced about what we were expecting. If you need service call them!

Can't say enough about this group. They got me in and performed a thorough inspection on my truck. They made reasonable recommendations and did not try to unnecessarily up sale me. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
